Boppy’s Beach Market and our very own Vero Beach Fitness are joining forces to bring you Wabasso Fitness fun every Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8 beginning September 2nd!

Come join the fitness fun! Your first session with us is absolutely FREE, so you have nothing to lose but weight! If You Hate The Gym, You’ll Love Us! We make fitness fun at the beach with beach running, beach walking, beach tennis, and beach circuit training. Pilates and Yoga too! And after you have had your hour workout? Mike at Boppy’s will have something refreshing ready for you when you return to your car or bike!
